In South Charente, not far from the pretty village of Aubeterre, we present this Logis from the beginning of the 18th century, (August 22, 1610), as indicated by a cartridge above a door. It is in the form of a rectangular building, extended on either side by a square pavilion in the shape of the courtyard. The pavilion on the right has retained its pyramidal roof, made of flat tiles. The pavilion on the left has lost its high roof. The two-slope roof of the central part extends between the two pavilions to cover a terrace on the ledge. The main entrance is located in the centre of the house. There are still beautiful period elements, such as the hinring door, moulded imposts, beef-eye, magnificent fireplaces and other wonders to discover on site. It is partly habitable on 150 sqm, 88 sqm to renovate, 150 sqm to be completely restored. There is an adjoining cellar of 42 m2 with a very old fireplace, a cellar under the central part and a garden to be created at the front and north. Individual sanitation to be provided, heating oil, melt radiators. In addition to the price, there may be two buildings of 168 m2 and 680 m2 as well as land.
